Each treatment is individually tailored to your specific needs and goals at that time.

The number of treatments you will need is specific to your history and goals.  General recommendation is 6-8 weekly treatments and then future frequency will be discussed as you progress.

FOLLOW-UP TREATMENTS

Follow-up sessions are about 45 minutes to 1hr.  We will discuss how you felt after the past treatment and any new goals you have going forward.

Your first session is approximately 1hr in length, and consists of a discussion that includes your health history, which allows me to understand your particular situation and how to best help you meet your desired goals.  The initial session begin with our discussion and will end with a treatment.  This treatment is designed to clear blockages allowing energy to flow more freely, allowing you to feel light and clear,  and prepares you for future treatments.

Microneedling is a safe, natural, holistic alternative for resurfacing the skin without using surgery, injections, or harsh chemicals.

It is safe for all skin types.  There are however some contraindications to receiving a treatment, so talk to your practitioner prior to your first treatment.

Microneedling requires 1 treatment every 4weeks for 4-5 rounds depending.  These treatments provide optimal results to improve skin health, decreases lines and wrinkles, shrinks large pores, smooths pigmentation, and overall skin appearance naturally by increasing collagen and elastin production.

CUPPING
Cupping is when a licensed therapist applies special cups on your skin. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen tight muscles, increase healthy blood flow, and calm the nervous system.  Cupping can be used as a standalone treatment, but it can also be combined with acupuncture in one treatment. The combination helps to provide pain and stress relief.

MOXIBUSTION
Moxibustion is the use of the herb Mugwort (artesmisia vulgaris).  Mugwort is known to activate and warm the meridians prior to acupuncture.  This wonderful herb helps to settle the nervous system, support digestion, as well as relieve pain and discomfort.

Happiness is not determined by what's happening around you, but rather by what is happening inside you.  Most people depend on others to gain happiness, but the truth is, it comes from within. ~John Spence
